Hair By Joseffs’ was purchased by Rosalia Canciari in October of Hair By Joseff's was purchased by Rosalia Canciari in October of 2014. Rosalia, an Italian immigrant came to the United States in 1975, with a dream to be a salon owner. She has always demonstrated the love and passion for being a hair stylist. After 29 years of being involved in the customer service industry, she decided to pursue her salon ownership dream. She obtained her cosmetology license in 2004 from Cannella School of Hair Design.
